Domaine Douhairet Porcheret Monthélie “Clos du Meix Garnier” Monopole 2018

NT$1,790

André Porcheret, a great name in burgundy, had worked alongside Lalou Bize Leroy for the biodynamic transformation. This wine is made by him and his granddaughter, Catalina. Cultivated in a blessing terroir, this wine from Clos du Meix Garnier Monopole bursts with aromas of ripe cherries, plums, berries and strawberries, delicate floral notes like peonies is present, a hint of liquorice and oak as well. On the palate, it’s well balanced with its medium-bodied, silky and enveloping tannins and ripe acids. A promising work to represent this monopole in Monthélie.
