Domaine Jean-Pierre Sève Pouilly Fuissé Sélection Vieilles Vignes 2018

Older vines produce less quantity of fruits than the new vines, but the older the vines are the higher the quality. This wine shows a medium gold color with a silver hue. On the nose, we can sample a bouquet of peach, apricot, lemon, and honeysuckle flower, followed by toasted bread and vanilla. The wine is round and pleasant in the mouth: full-body, rich structure, well balanced, and mineral finish.
