100% Syrah grown on decomposed granite and quartz with southeast exposure. 100% whole clusters (This could add some spice flavor to the wine, could also bring some refreshment to the taste, and increase the complexity and depth of the wine)and then matured 18 months in old oak. Rural & charming with ripe blackberry & cherry liqueur flavors, with hints of cracked pepper and olive. Round and mount-filling offers a wonderful freshness and vibrancy.
