This wine shows a deep purple color with violet hue, it perfumes of ripen dark berries (blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry) followed by purple flowers aromas (violet and lavender) and hints of herbal notes (peppermint and sage).
The wine is pleasant and round in the mouth: juicy blackberry and redcurrant flavors dominate the palate with black and white pepper. The tannin is quite firm and rustic as it is the character of Fer Servadou, but remains balanced by a good level of acidity and a medium body structure.
