Its gold color and halo of green reflections reveals a bouquet that brings together hawthorn, ripe grapes, almond paste, hazelnut, amber, lemongrass, green apple. Aromas of honey, lactic (butter, hot croissant) and minerals (flint) are also present. On the palate, balance and aromatic complexity characterize it.

This Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru will ideally accompany poultry but also pan-fried veal. It will also be wonderful with foie gras, lobster and lobster, grilled and pan-fried sea fish.
