We are on 20-year-old vines located in the town of St Péray, in Ardèche, on the bank of the Rhône opposite the city of Valence. This Saint-Péray “Version” of the François VILLARD estate is another example of the quality of the work of the François Villard estate.
It is a still white wine with a pretty pale yellow color and golden reflections. On the nose, we quickly perceive the floral notes of violet with a hint of citrus. Lively and mineral, this wine gives us a nice roundness in the mouth with very balanced lemony hints.
