“En Pommards” is a cool and comfortable climate in Davayé favoring slow ripening.Vines are planted in the middle of the slope. Limestone soil of red clay rich in iron.This cuvée has aromas of white flowers, followed by intense notes of dried fruit, ripe apricots, and mouth-watering acidity on the palate from white nectarine flesh. The wine body is elegant with mineral flavor.
