Grapes are Northern Gascogne originated, particularly from vinyards that is clay and limestone based and have been farmed using sustanable practices for 10 to 15 years. Pale straw in colour with a tint of lime-green on the rim. Clean and pronounce on the nose with gooseberry, citrus fruits (lemon, lime), fresh herbs (basil, sage), plenty of fresh grassy character and a hint of floral note. Bright and fruitful on the palate with crispy, lime such as acidity. A friendly wine that is easy to drink with fresh lize zest and a touch of stone like minerality on the finish.
