Regulations Note
I. The space is taken priority for Vavin’s own event, the remaining time slot could be open as rental space to others.
II. To facilitate the arrangements, please book your private event and remit 50% of the minimum order expense as the deposit 3 weeks before the event in advance. Cancellations 2 weeks prior to the event are eligible for a 50% deposit refund, 1 week prior to the event for a 30% deposit refund and cancellations three days prior will receive a 20% refund.
III. The above rental prices include tax.
IV. For bringing food from outside, there is an additional charge of 500 NTD per guest. The client could enjoy to bring 1 cake without additional charge, but disposable tableware must be supplied by the client.
V. For the use of projection equipment, please bring your own Apple computer or Apple tablet and use the Wi-Fi to mirror your presentation or video. External hard drives, USB drives, and other data transfer devices are not accepted.
VI. The rental place provides only a projector and sound system. If a microphone is needed, Vavin can assist with external rental services at an additional cost of 2,500 NTD. Please inform us two weeks before the event so we can confirm availability with the equipment provider.
VII.Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental place . A designated smoking area is available outside the entrance. As the venue is located in a residential area, loud noises may result in complaints from neighbors. Please keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM. Vavin reserves the right to close early if noise complaints persist despite repeated warnings.
