Aubert et Mathieu IGP Pays D’Oc «Hors Pistes» – Pinot noir 2021

found in moderate climates such as Burgundy; here the winemaker has to work really hard and find a colder place to plant it. Luckily, Aubert et Mathieu does a wonderful job. The wine is bright, pale ruby toward purple color; it shows matured red and dark fruits aromas like cherries, black berries and raspberries. On the mouth the wine is pleasant: you can perceive the same flavor as on the nose with a good acidity. It expresses freshness and elegant finish.
