Petite Sibérie from Domaine du Clos des Fées is a blend of very old Grenache for more than 90% completed with Syrah and Mourvèdre.

It is a powerful and rich wine with notes of ripe fruits, with an exceptional length in the mouth, counterbalanced by a vivacity that refreshes the whole. All this gives us a racy wine of incredible balance and class.

La Petite Sibérie du Domaine du Clos des Fées should be served at 18°c and decanted one hour before tasting. To be savored ideally with noble dishes of red meats or game.
