The name “Les Brunes” was originated from the local volcanic brown earth, which is ㄇideal for Cabernet Sauvignon plantings. Deep inky ruby in colour with a hint of garnet rim. Dense and subtle on the nose, expressing black cherry, black fruits (mulberry, blackcurrant), dry herbs (basil, thyme), graphite, woodsmoke and a hint of sweet spices (clove, cinnamon). From Taiwan cuisine: Braised beef short ribs (boneless) Taiwanese style, braised beef meat ball in Chinese brown sauce.
