Palate is concentrated with supple tannin, round mouthfeel and finishes with sun-dried herb (basil) and cedar.
From Western cuisine: Chorizo al vino tinto, Daube.
From Taiwan cuisine: Braised beef short ribs (boneless) Taiwanese style, braised beef meat ball in Chinese brown sauce.
