Bright salmon pink in colour. Aromas is fresh and rather non-fruit orientated with lots of fresh sweet herbs (basil, thyme, tarragon), green grass, tea leaf, earth; as well as red currant, sour cherry, raspberry and a hint of red and white flowers. Palate is clean and straight-forward with gentle, red berry fruit-like crispiness and appears with characters such as white cherry, strawberry and a drizzle of savouriness. Mix red berry fruits, sweet red cherry and a slight touch of berry compote on the finish.
