We are proud to introduce this German boutique winery found in Europe by our sommelier Sophia. The owner, Dennis Wolf, has an impressive CV, having learned winemaking at prestigious wineries such as Klaus-Peter Keller (Rheinhessen), André Ostertag (Alsace), Jean-Louis Chave (Rhône) and Domaine Didier Dagueneau (Loire) , he has rich experience in winemaking. He insists on biodynamic farming, and the wine produced is pure and full of vitality. This German Pinot Noir, from the Pfalz region, has aromas of ripe red and black berries: cherry, blackberry and raspberry. The acidity is quite tasty, the body is round with fine tannins, and the beautiful freshness leaves you with a refreshing and unforgettable feeling.
