Douro Reserva Aguia Moura 2016


This wine were fermented by using a traditional Portuguese approach called “filed blend”, where grape varieties and their proportion in wine is being decided by the vineyard.This red wine has been aged for 12 months in new French oak barrel. The colour is deep ruby with a garnet rim.The aromas is complex and subtle with fresh red cherry, mulberry, plum, mix herbs (thyme, sage, mint), cinnamon, cocoa, coffee bean, black chocolate, wood smoke and a hint of vanilla bean.The palate is dense and elegant with generous mouthfeel, luscious tannin and sweet herb characters. Appealing black olive savouriness, caramel and sweet oak on the finish.
