Domaine History

Produced by **Les Larmes du Levant**, the first French sake brewery based near Lyon, the **Saké Abricot** offers a creative fusion of Japanese sake tradition and French innovation. This unique sake is infused with apricot, bringing a delicate fruitiness to the elegant base of junmai sake crafted from Yamada Nishiki rice. The result is a fresh, aromatic sake that celebrates both craftsmanship and creativity.

Terroir & Ingredients

Made with premium **Yamada Nishiki rice**, polished for purity and finesse, and natural apricot infusion. The use of spring water from the Monts du Lyonnais and carefully selected yeast strains ensures balance and aromatic clarity, while the addition of apricot brings softness and a gourmet dimension to the sake.

Brewing Method

Brewed according to traditional **junmai** methods, without added alcohol or sugar, followed by a maceration with natural apricot. This process preserves the elegance and structure of the sake while enhancing it with fresh, fruity notes of apricot for a smooth and aromatic profile.

Tasting Notes

On the palate, it is silky, round, and fruity, offering delicate sweetness balanced by freshness and fine acidity. The finish is smooth, with lingering notes of ripe apricot and a light mineral touch.

A fresh and fruity French sake—elegant, aromatic, and delicately infused with apricot, blending tradition with innovation.
