Bright grass green in colour. Aromas is fresh and lively with lemon, lime, green apple, tangerine, fresh herbs, ginger, cut-grass, wet stone like minerality. Palate is dry and crunchy with crispy, lemon-like acidity. The wine is clean and has plenty of mix herbs, note of cut-grass and a hint of white flowers and honey. Lime, herbs, ginger, ginger candy and some honey on the finish.
