Aubert & Mathieu is a new-generation winery from Languedoc, founded by two friends passionate about crafting expressive, eco-friendly wines. Their approach combines creativity, respect for nature, and the desire to offer vibrant, easy-drinking cuvées with personality.

Terroir

The grapes are sourced from selected plots in the Languedoc region, grown on clay-limestone soils under a Mediterranean climate. This terroir, with its sunny days and cool nights, helps to preserve aromatic freshness and balance between fruit and structure.

Tasting Notes

Vivid ruby color with purple highlights. The nose is aromatic and playful, combining fresh red berries, floral notes from the Viognier, and a hint of spice from the Syrah. On the palate, the wine is smooth, fruity, and round, with soft tannins and a lively, easy-drinking finish.
