This domaine is the result of the partnership between Anne Gros, a prestigious winemaker from Vosne-Romanée, and Jean-Paul Tollot. Together, they bring Burgundy savoir-faire to the Languedoc, focusing on precision winemaking and showcasing the uniqueness of the Minervois terroir.

Terruño

The vineyards of Les Combettes are located on limestone soils with marl and clay, at 220 to 260 meters above sea level. These conditions bring minerality and elegance, while the Mediterranean climate ensures perfect ripeness and aromatic complexity.

Notas de cata

Deep ruby color with violet reflections. Expressive nose of blackberries, violets, and sweet spices. The palate is round and structured, with velvety tannins and a long, juicy finish marked by fresh fruit and subtle floral notes.

A generous and aromatic Marselan, offering both depth and freshness, ideal for drinking now or within the next few years.
