Hailing from the most iconic terroir of Beaujolais—Moulin-à-Vent, maison LE NID is a century-old, family-run winery by the Lardet family. With rare plots like La Rochelle and Rochegrès, Le Nid crafts elegant, refined wines with remarkable aging potential.

This exclusive wine dinner is curated by Chef I-Nung of Li CHIU, who uses European culinary techniques to bring out the beauty of Taiwan’s seasonal ingredients. Each dish is designed to pair harmoniously with Le Nid’s wines, creating a dialogue of flavor between food and terroir.

Chef I-Nung trained at Le Cordon Bleu in the UK and honed his skills in several of Taipei’s renowned restaurants, including L’Atelier de Patrick, Nonzero 非零, and Pico Pico.

Specializing in French, Spanish, and Italian cuisine, he brings a refined touch to classic European dishes. His philosophy goes beyond flavor — each dish is carefully crafted to pair beautifully with wine, because to him, a true feast is never complete without it.

Located in Moulin-à-Vent, crafts refined, terroir-driven Gamay wines from legendary plots like La Rochelle and Rochegrès.
Stéphane Lardet, a winemaker with a background in both fine dining and viticulture, the estate focuses on low-intervention methods and precision.
Each cuvée reflects the finesse and structure of Burgundy, elevating Beaujolais to new heights.
