Terroir
The “Les Carrétals” cuvée comes from old vines planted on limestone soils rich in clay and marl, between 220 and 260 meters in altitude. This unique terroir ensures freshness, elegance, and complexity, supported by the Mediterranean climate.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby color with violet reflections. Intense aromas of black cherries, wild berries, garrigue herbs, and subtle mineral notes. The palate is rich and structured, with fine-grained tannins and a long, harmonious finish.
A concentrated and elegant Minervois, combining power and refinement with great aging potential.

Perfect with roasted lamb, grilled ribeye steak, duck breast with cherries, or aged cheeses.
