Cultivated by a biodynamic method, this wine reflects the perfect terroir of Anjou. In addition, using Indigenous Yeast, this wine is also a representative of clean et faultiness natural wine.This wine has a ruby color with a purple hue. On the nose we can perceive red berries aromas (raspberry, red cherry, cranberry) followed by a hint of violet and green bell pepper notes: this significant savory flavors come from a specific aroma compound called “pyrazines”, often showed in cabernet grape family. The wine is light and fresh in the mouth: you can find the same aromas as from the nose with a spiced flavor of black pepper at the end in the mouth.
