Description

One of the rarest and most precious honeys from France, this classic Alsatian honeydew honey is unlike any regular floral honey.
It originates from fir trees, where aphids extract tree sap and secrete a sweet liquid called honeydew.
Bees then collect this honeydew and transform it in the hive into a rich, amber-colored honey with bold, mature character.
The result is a full-bodied, multi-layered honey with a taste that stands apart.
