The wine is deep ruby in colour. Aromas is elegant and subtle and is full with a mix bag of red & black fruits (raspberry, boysenberry, red cherry, black cherry, blackberry, blueberry), red plum, fresh herbs, fresh mint leaf, mix spices and a hint of wood toast. Palate is well balanced between fruit (dominated by black fruits) and oak characters (cedar, cloves, nutmeg), medium to full bodied, tannin is silky and mouth-watering. Savoury, earthy, wood smoke with a hint of berry fruits on the finish. 2019 is an excellent vintage for Bordeaux with perfectly ripened grapes. This wine is perfect for a Sunday roast.
