Terroir

The estate’s vines are rooted in clay-limestone soils at altitude, surrounded by Mediterranean garrigue. This environment ensures healthy grapes, balanced ripeness, and a natural freshness that defines the lively character of the wines.

Tasting Notes

Very pale pink with crystalline reflections. The nose opens with aromas of wild strawberries, white peach, and a hint of citrus zest. On the palate, the wine is light, crisp, and energetic, finishing with a pleasant mineral touch.

A joyful and refreshing natural rosé, perfect for sunny days and simple moments of pleasure.
