“Aubert et Matthieu Pays d’Oc Amy 2021” es un ensamblaje tinto Grenache-Syrah vibrante y accesible del Languedoc, elaborado con mínima intervención y enfocado en la viticultura sostenible. Cultivadas en suelos arcillo-calcáreos bajo el sol mediterráneo, las uvas alcanzan plena madurez manteniendo frescura y equilibrio naturales. El vino presenta un color rubí profundo y aromas expresivos de frutos rojos, cerezas negras y especias suaves. En boca, es jugoso y suave, con taninos redondos y un final generoso y afrutado con un sutil toque de pimienta.
