Histoire du domaine 

Domaine de Montille, a historic Burgundy estate established in the 18th century, is celebrated for its commitment to biodynamic viticulture and minimal intervention winemaking. Under the guidance of Étienne de Montille, the domaine produces wines that reflect authenticity, finesse, and respect for the land, honoring both tradition and environmental responsibility.

Terroir 

The vineyards of Monthélie are situated between Volnay and Meursault, on limestone-clay slopes that provide excellent drainage and sun exposure. This terroir offers ideal conditions for Pinot Noir, bringing finesse, freshness, and aromatic complexity to the wines.

Notes de dégustation

Bright ruby color. The nose reveals aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and violet, with subtle earthy and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is delicate yet structured, with silky tannins, lively acidity, and a graceful, persistent finish.

A charming and elegant Monthélie, showcasing the purity and finesse of Pinot Noir with excellent balance and drinkability.
