Terroir
The vineyards of Monthélie are situated between Volnay and Meursault, on limestone-clay slopes that provide excellent drainage and sun exposure. This terroir offers ideal conditions for Pinot Noir, bringing finesse, freshness, and aromatic complexity to the wines.
Notes de dégustation
Bright ruby color. The nose reveals aromas of red cherry, raspberry, and violet, with subtle earthy and spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is delicate yet structured, with silky tannins, lively acidity, and a graceful, persistent finish.
