“Aubert et Matthieu Pays d’Oc Amy 2021” è un blend rosso Grenache-Syrah vivace e accessibile del Languedoc, realizzato con intervento minimo e con attenzione alla viticoltura sostenibile. Coltivate su suoli argillo-calcari sotto il sole mediterraneo, le uve raggiungono piena maturazione mantenendo freschezza ed equilibrio naturali.
