Balansa is a family estate in the Languedoc region, committed to organic and biodynamic farming. Focused on low-intervention winemaking, the domaine highlights the purity of its terroirs through precise vineyard work, hand-harvesting, and natural fermentations, crafting wines full of energy and authenticity.

Terroir

The Muscat vines grow on limestone and schist soils, shaped by the Mediterranean climate and cooling winds. These conditions allow for slow, balanced ripening, enhancing aromatic expression, natural freshness, and minerality.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color. The nose is vibrant and aromatic, with notes of honeysuckle, fresh grape, orange zest, ginger, and star anise. On the palate, the wine is lively and textured, offering bright acidity, delicate fruit, and a long, aromatic finish.
