About the Cheese

Maison Rivoire-Jacquemin has matured Comté in its cellars since 1860. Made in the Jura Massif from the raw milk of Montbéliarde and Simmental Français cows, this six-to-nine-month expression is supple and balanced.

Smooth and approachable, with fresh fruit, gentle nuts and occasional herbal or lightly savoury accents.
