Aubert & Mathieu were friends since school and was once different in career paths. Their common passion brought them into the winemaking industry in 2016, where their philosophy is to make innovative and contemporary style of wines from the best terroirs of Languedoc-Roussillon. The grapes for making AMY is 100% certified organic and was aged in concrete tanks for 6 months. Colour is bright and glistening with medium to deep ruby. Sweet and fruity on the nose with loads of fresh strawberry, fresh red cherry, sweet red berry fruits, cranberry, raspberry, blueberry, plum and a hint of sweet spices, vanilla and wood toast. Juicy and luscious on the palate with characters of fresh mix berry fruits, mulberry and a touch of cinnamon. Tannin is round and abundant. Finish is packed with fresh strawberry and juicy red fruits, together with a gentle note of cherry compote.
