La Roche Brut is a fresh and accessible sparkling wine produced from Airén grapes grown in La Mancha, in central Spain. The wine is crafted to highlight freshness, delicate fruit aromas, and an elegant sparkling character.

Terroir

The Airén grapes come from vineyards planted on chalky soils in La Mancha. The region’s warm and dry climate allows the grapes to reach full maturity, while the chalk-rich soils help preserve freshness and balance.

Winemaking

The grapes are mechanically harvested before the base wine undergoes fermentation at a low temperature. A second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks for two weeks at 14°C, followed by dosage to create a balanced Brut style.

Tasting Notes

Pale and brilliant yellow in color, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose reveals delicate fruity aromas. On the palate, the wine is fresh, harmonious, and lively, with an approachable and refreshing finish.
