About Oie Taipei

Oie Taipei is the brainchild of the team behind Hsinchu’s renowned bistro, “Dela,” serving as their flagship expansion into the capital. Since its debut in 2025, the restaurant has distinguished itself with a steadfast commitment to “Authentic French” cuisine—a clear, singular voice that stands in sharp contrast to Taipei’s prevailing fusion-style landscape.

Backed by a prestigious background in Michelin-starred fine dining and extensive training in Lyon, the Chef brings more than just technical precision to the kitchen. Each dish is not merely an imitation of French fare, but a profound reinterpretation rooted in deep cultural heritage and lived experience.

Maison LE NID

Located in Moulin-à-Vent, crafts refined, terroir-driven Gamay wines from legendary plots like La Rochelle and Rochegrès.
Stéphane Lardet, a winemaker with a background in both fine dining and viticulture, the estate focuses on low-intervention methods and precision.
Each cuvée reflects the finesse and structure of Burgundy, elevating Beaujolais to new heights.
Le Nid is a tribute to craftsmanship, patience, and the true expression of place.
