**Château Tour Sieujean**, located in the Haut-Médoc appellation, is a family-run estate known for producing structured and elegant Bordeaux wines. Terroir

The vineyard benefits from gravelly soils over clay-limestone subsoils, ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The excellent drainage and sun exposure support optimal grape ripening while maintaining natural freshness and aromatic complexity.

Vinificação

The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with gentle extraction to preserve the purity of the fruit. Aging occurs partly in oak barrels and stainless steel vats, enhancing balance, softness, and aromatic expression.
