A alma secular do terroir do Languedoc, representada pelo Château Lorgeril, converge com o encanto histórico do “Pei-Full-Restaurant” de Taipei, recomendado pelo Michelin.

As the golden breeze brings the crisp air of a deepening autumn, a trans-continental and trans-century culinary spectacle is about to unfold.

We are honored to invite Lorgeril, the century-old winemaking group representing the terroir of Languedoc in Southern France, to collaborate for the first time with Taipei’s classic Shanghai cuisine institution, “Pei-Full-Restaurant.” Together, they will stage an unparalleled conversation between wine and cuisine.

The esteemed culinary team at Pei-Full-Restaurant has meticulously crafted eight exquisite Shanghai dishes to harmoniously converse with four selected vintages from Lorgeril. From the aromatic richness of Southern France’s terroir to the exquisite savory depth of Old Shanghai, every single bite promises to be a cherished culinary memory.

Lorgeril

A distinguished representative of the Languedoc terroir of Southern France

A família Lorgeril cultiva uvas na região de Languedoc, no sul de França, desde 1580. Em 1620, construíram o Château de Pennautier, iniciando uma tradição de produção de vinho que perdura há mais de 400 anos. O château foi fundado por Pierre Louis de Pennautier, uma figura conhecida na época, e, no século XVII, os seus vinhos já eram servidos nas mesas dos oficiais reais franceses — um sinal do prestígio inicial da propriedade.

Desde então, 12 gerações da família dedicam-se ao cultivo de uvas e à produção de vinho. Atualmente, são proprietários de seis propriedades, com um total de 250 hectares de vinha, em oito denominações de origem controlada (DOCs) oficiais: Cabardès, Minervois, Minervois-la-Livinière, Saint-Chinian, Faugères, Côtes du Roussillon, Côtes du Roussillon Villages e Languedoc.

Todas as vinhas são cultivadas utilizando métodos orgânicos e sustentáveis, demonstrando o profundo respeito da família tanto pelo ambiente como pela tradição. As propriedades Lorgeril não são apenas das famílias produtoras de vinho mais antigas do sul de França, mas também um símbolo duradouro de qualidade, património e harmonia com a terra.
