Northern Rhône, France
Yves Cuilleron
A family estate in Chavanay, shaped by three generations, parcel precision, and wines with a clear sense of character.
The estate
A family domaine rooted in Chavanay.
Cave Cuilleron was founded in 1920 by Claude Cuilleron, then carried forward by Antoine Cuilleron before Yves brought the family domaine into a new chapter.
Since then, the estate has built its identity across the great terroirs of the Northern Rhône, with close attention to lieux-dits, maturity, sorting, and tailored ageing.

Yves, in his own words
A passion that brought him back to the vines.
In his published testimony, Yves explains that wine and gastronomy were always part of his family life, even if the domaine was not his original path.
He describes a turning point during his military service in Alsace, where tasting and restaurants with friends turned family heritage into a personal calling. Since then, his approach has stayed close to every stage of production, from vineyard work to bottling.

The Cuilleron spirit
Keep it simple, with uncompromising precision.
The estate’s published winemaking philosophy is built on one clear idea: keep things as simple as possible. Manual harvesting, careful sorting, native yeasts, temperature control, and ageing adapted to each wine.
Yves Cuilleron looks for wines marked by terroir, vintage, and their own style rather than a single uniform model. The result is a serious, expressive Northern Rhône profile made for the table.
VAVIN selection
Saint-Joseph, Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, and Bourasseau cuvées.
The selection spans Northern Rhône whites and reds, from Vin de France to Côte-Rôtie, with Bourasseau wood-box references for collectors and lovers of rare bottles.
