Domaine History

Yves Cuilleron is one of the leading figures of the Northern Rhône Valley. Since taking over the family estate in 1987, he has built a solid reputation for precise, expressive wines that respect both the terroir and traditional methods. His philosophy focuses on minimal intervention, manual harvesting, and indigenous yeast fermentation.

Terroir

The vineyards are located on the slopes of Saint-Joseph, with granite and clay-limestone soils that offer excellent drainage and sun exposure. These conditions allow Marsanne and Roussanne to fully express their aromatic complexity and freshness.

Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale yellow with golden hints. The nose is marked by notes of white flowers, acacia, and honey, followed by aromas of ripe stone fruits like apricot and peach. On the palate, the wine is round and harmonious, balanced by a fine minerality and a refreshing, persistent finish.

Elegant and aromatic, with a delicate balance between richness and liveliness.

Pairing

Grilled fish, scallops, creamy poultry dishes, or soft cheeses such as goat cheese.
