Domaine History

Scala Vinaria is a boutique winery in the Veneto region of northeastern Italy, dedicated to showcasing indigenous and rare grape varieties with finesse and innovation. Terroir

The vineyards are located in the rolling hills of Veneto, benefiting from a temperate climate with cool nights and warm days. Soils are primarily clay-limestone, promoting good drainage and concentration of aromas. This setting allows the Monemvasia grapes to ripen slowly, preserving acidity while developing complex flavours.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose opens with notes of white peach, citrus blossom, and dried Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is fresh and textured, with flavours of pear, lemon zest, and a subtle saline finish, balanced by a gentle roundness and lingering minerality.

An elegant and original white wine that blends Italian terroir with Greek varietal character—distinctive, vibrant, and food-friendly.
