Aubert & Mathieu is a young, eco-conscious wine project from the Languedoc region, founded by two friends passionate about sustainable viticulture. Their wines are crafted with minimal intervention to highlight the authenticity and freshness of the southern French terroirs.

Terruño

Grown on high-altitude vineyards in the foothills of the Pyrenees, the Pinot Noir benefits from cool nights and sunny days. This altitude preserves the freshness and delicate aromatics of the grape, resulting in a light and vibrant expression.

Notas de cata

Bright ruby red color. The nose is elegant and fruity, with notes of cherry, raspberry, and a hint of spice. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied and silky, offering fresh red fruit flavors, soft tannins, and a smooth, refreshing finish.
