Historia del Fundo

Founded in 1868, **Domaine Jacques Prieur** is a benchmark among Burgundy’s great estates, with vineyards spanning prestigious Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. The **Beaune 1er Cru “Les Grèves”** is one of the flagship wines of the estate, offering the perfect balance of power and finesse that characterizes this renowned Premier Cru located at the heart of Beaune.

Terruño

Situated on the mid-slope of Beaune, the **”Les Grèves”** Premier Cru vineyard benefits from well-drained clay-limestone soils with a high proportion of gravel (“grèves”), which brings elegance, structure, and minerality to the Pinot Noir. The ideal exposure and soil composition contribute to the aromatic complexity and aging potential of this cuvée.

Notas de cata

Deep ruby red color with bright reflections. The nose is expressive and refined, showing aromas of red cherry, raspberry, rose petals, and fine spices, with subtle earthy notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and silky, with well-integrated tannins, lively acidity, and a long, mineral-driven finish.

An elegant and well-balanced Beaune 1er Cru — combining aromatic purity, finesse, and structure, true to the style of Jacques Prieur.

Maridaje

Perfect with roast chicken, veal, duck breast, or soft cheeses like Brie and Chaource. Excellent choice for cellaring or enjoying on special occasions.
