Historia del Fundo
Founded by Laurent Vaillé in the early 1990s, Domaine de la Grange des Pères has become one of the most prestigious names in the Languedoc. Produced in limited quantities, these wines reflect the estate’s philosophy of excellence, combining precision winemaking with respect for the unique local terroir.
Terruño
The vineyards are located in the Hérault Valley, planted on limestone-rich soils with rocky scree. Benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with altitude influence, the grapes achieve perfect ripeness while retaining freshness and balance — ideal conditions for crafting structured, long-lived wines.
Notas de cata
Deep ruby color with garnet reflections. The nose offers complex aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants, Mediterranean herbs, sweet spices, and hints of leather. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and silky, with ripe fruit, integrated tannins, and a long, elegant finish marked by spice and minerality.
A refined and harmonious vintage from Grange des Pères, combining richness, balance, and great aging potential — a true icon of Languedoc winemaking.
Maridaje
Ideal with lamb tagine, duck breast, beef stew, or aged cheeses like Comté or Tomme de Savoie.
