Domaine History

At the crossroads of the Atlantic and the Pyrenees, Lionel Osmin & Cie brings together the aromatic wealth of the Southwest of France. The estate focuses on eco-friendly viticulture and crafting expressive, vibrant wines that celebrate native and noble grape varieties.

Terroir

Produced in the Comté Tolosan IGP, the vines thrive under Atlantic influences on clay-limestone soils. This terroir promotes slow ripening, preserving the aromatic freshness and complexity of the diverse blend of aromatic white grape varieties.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with bright reflections. The nose is intensely aromatic, offering notes of lychee, passion fruit, rose petals, citrus, and white peach. On the palate, the wine is fresh and juicy, with vibrant acidity and an exotic, fruity finish.

An exuberant and aromatic white blend, combining floral intensity with exotic fruit freshness — perfect for festive moments and sunny days.

Pairing

Perfect as an aperitif, or with sushi, Thai dishes, seafood, or fruit-based desserts.
