Histoire du domaine 

Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot bring together Burgundy precision and Languedoc vitality, crafting wines that reflect their deep respect for terroir and grape variety. Their estate focuses on low yields, old vines, and environmentally conscious viticulture.

Terroir 

La V/R is sourced from limestone-rich soils with clay and marl, located between 220 and 260 meters altitude. The Mediterranean climate, tempered by cool nights, contributes to the wine’s freshness, aromatic expression, and natural balance.

Notes de dégustation

Pale yellow with green highlights. The nose reveals citrus zest, white peach, floral notes, and a hint of fennel. On the palate, the wine is lively and elegant, with bright acidity, fine texture, and a saline, refreshing finish.

A vibrant and harmonious blend of Vermentino and Roussanne — fresh, aromatic, and perfect for warm days and light cuisine.
