Located in Solutré-Pouilly, at the foot of the iconic Rock of Solutré in southern Burgundy, Domaine Jean-Pierre Sève is a family-run estate. Known for its precise and terroir-driven wines, the domaine focuses on sustainable viticulture and traditional winemaking methods to highlight the purity of Chardonnay.

Terroir 

The vineyards lie on clay-limestone soils characteristic of the Mâconnais region. This terroir brings balance between richness and freshness, enhancing the aromatic expression and minerality of the Chardonnay grape.

Notes de dégustation

Pale gold with green reflections. The nose opens with aromas of white flowers, citrus, and fresh almonds. On the palate, the wine is round and smooth, offering a lovely balance between fruit, freshness, and mineral tension with a clean, elegant finish.
