Terroir

This terroir brings finesse, freshness, and minerality, allowing the Chardonnay grape to fully express its complexity and aging potential.

A refined and age-worthy Chablis Grand Cru, combining power, freshness, and delicate minerality — the perfect expression of the Blanchots terroir.
Pairing
Ideal with oysters, lobster, scallops, poultry in cream sauce, or aged cheeses like Comté and Beaufort.
