Maison Le NID, based in Romanèche-Thorins, is dedicated to crafting expressive wines across key appellations of southern Burgundy. With a focus on precise viticulture and minimal intervention, the estate highlights the finesse and purity of Chardonnay and Gamay from the Mâconnais and Beaujolais regions.

Terroir

The Chardonnay vines for this cuvée grow on clay-limestone soils in the Mâconnais hillsides. Benefiting from excellent sun exposure and natural drainage, the terroir brings freshness, aromatic clarity, and balance to the wine.

Pale yellow color with green reflections. The nose offers aromas of white flowers, citrus zest, and fresh orchard fruits. On the palate, the wine is lively and well-balanced, with a smooth texture and a crisp, mineral finish.
