Domaine History

Anne Gros and Jean-Paul Tollot, combining Burgundy expertise and Languedoc heritage, focus on crafting precise, terroir-driven wines. Their estate in Cazelles champions old vines, sustainable practices, and limited yields to highlight the purity of each grape variety.

Terroir

La Cinso comes from 60-year-old Cinsault vines planted on limestone-rich soils with clay and marl at 220 to 260 meters altitude. The cool nights and Mediterranean climate bring balance and freshness to this expressive red.

Tasting Notes

Light ruby color with bright reflections. The nose offers delicate notes of redcurrant, raspberry, wildflowers, and a touch of pepper. On the palate, the wine is silky, fresh, and vibrant, with soft tannins and a charming, fruit-forward finish.

A fresh, juicy Cinsault that delivers elegance, lightness, and drinkability — perfect for sharing and casual enjoyment.

Pairing

Enjoy with grilled vegetables, roast chicken, tapas, or Mediterranean salads. Also ideal slightly chilled for summer meals.
