Balansa is a family-run estate located in the Vallée du Paradis, in the heart of the Languedoc. Focused on organic and biodynamic farming, the domaine works with low yields and manual harvesting to craft expressive, terroir-driven wines, respecting both nature and tradition.

Terroir

Situated on limestone and schist soils in the Vallée du Paradis, the vineyards benefit from Mediterranean sunshine tempered by cooling sea breezes. These ideal conditions bring balance between ripeness, freshness, and aromatic expression, especially suited for rosé wines.

Tasting Notes

Pale salmon pink color. The nose is fresh and inviting, with notes of wild strawberries, white peach, citrus zest, and delicate floral hints. On the palate, the wine is lively and crisp, offering juicy red fruit, bright acidity, and a clean, mineral finish.
