Terroir

The **”Les Vignerondes”** vineyard lies on the northern side of Nuits-Saint-Georges, on well-drained clay-limestone slopes. The Premier Cru classification here reflects the vineyard’s ability to produce Pinot Noir with depth, structure, and refined aromatic complexity — qualities enhanced by the meticulous élevage of Albert Bichot.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red color with purple highlights. The nose offers aromas of black cherry, raspberry, violet, and sweet spices, with delicate earthy undertones.
