Château de Maligny, founded by Jean Durup, is a historic family estate in the heart of Chablis. The domaine focuses on showcasing the authenticity of its terroirs through precise vinification and a respect for traditional Burgundy methods.

Terroir

This cuvée comes from old Chardonnay vines planted on Kimmeridgian limestone soils rich in marine fossils. These deep-rooted vines bring concentration, minerality, and complexity, highlighting the unique character of the Chablis region.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow with silver reflections. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, ripe citrus, and wet stone. On the palate, the wine is round yet vibrant, offering layered fruit flavors, bright acidity, and a long mineral finish.

A concentrated and elegant Chablis, expressing the depth and purity of old vine Chardonnay.
